About who needs care: He has dementia, needs help with making sure he takes his meds, if wet he needs to be changed and cleaned up we have been trying to use a catheter make sure his room is tidy and bathroom clean and dry. About the care needs: Familiar with a catheter and able to change him and make sure he is dry. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
