Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Cincinnati

About who needs care: Mom has alot of trouble remembering things - appts, days of week, things she said to someone, meds she took sometimes, things she needs to do. We do have some things in place to help her. She has unstable walking, just having knee surgery and needs to use a walker and needs to do exercises. She also has 2 small dogs. She is to wear her Lifeline fall alert. She will need someone to help take her to appointments since she can't drive until her leg gets stronger following her knee surgery. About the care needs: We need someone patient and who potentially has dealt with a senior having memory issues and trouble getting around. Also someone patient to help get in/out of car for appointments and to help her get her exercises done from physical therapy. She also is attending grief support so possibly help with her homework. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
