Companion Care Needed For My Mother In Cincinnati

I need a companion care provider experience for my mother in her 90s. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. Dog is very old. She sleeps most of the time. Mom has dementia but is cheerful and functions well.( She hasn't been diagnosed but I'm sure) She will probably sleep a lot. Or get her talking about past riding horses, working at a riding stables etc. Bring a book she'll probably sleep some.
