About who needs care: Getting new joints. Can care for myself. Wish help with around the house Swiffer floors, put very where I can reach them. Organize donation items I will identify. Work together on good prey like chopping carrots, making salad to store in fridge so I can fix myself healthy meals. I'm a grandma who is considered a good listener, kind and funny with all clean jokes. Promise flexibility for student for tests, school activities. I could use help 3-6 hrs work (2? afternoons) Will furnish references if you will too. About the care needs: Active communicator: if Unsure what task is just asked! If I'm unsure of your methods, I will ask for clarification. Never a harsh word. Happy to write references for student to college, scholarship. I retired at high management level so I enjoy teaching and helping people find their best selves both silly & happy. Healthy snacks! No smoking or cussing.
