Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Cincinnati

About who needs care: my mom is recovering from a stroke. She requires assist with toileting, walking, and meal prep. both of my parents live in the home. My dad has some dementia, and it is difficult for him to assist with my mom 24/7. what I am looking for is someone to possibly help with respite care services while I am out of town. I have a need in October and in November. It is possible my dad can do the evenings with my mom and the weekend but during the week, especially for mornings and afternoons it would be helpful to have someone who could get her dressed and assist with toileting and getting to the bathroom is needed and perhaps meal prep for breakfast lunch possibly dinner depending on if my dad is able to do that. She also gets medicines once a day. About the care needs: Would love to have maybe a retired nurse that would like to come in or just someone in general that has the skills that could help with my mom.
