Senior Care Needed For My Mother In Chagrin Falls

Saturday, Sunday for my Mom in her 90s who lives with me, my husband and daughter. Looking for someone 12-7 Saturday and 12-8 Sundays but have flexibility. Open to additional shifts during week if more hours are needed. Mom suffers from dementia and is on periodic oxygen. Looking for someone who is patient and willing to engaging in activities. Assistance with toileting promoting necessary due to incontinence. Overall I am looking for someone to join our team to help increase Mom's quality of life / engagement when I can not be around. The ideal match will also meet the following requirements: Experience with dementia, medication management/promoting, help preparing meals, handling groceries or errands when appropriate and is willing to do light housekeeping. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets.
