About who needs care: 84-year-old man with rt total knee replacement that was not properly rehabbed and a urostomy bag that he can self care for. Not ambulatory, needs assistance with transfers to wheelchair where he can pull himself around the house. needs encouragement to get out of bed. He loves watching golf and doing word searches. He suffers from chronic abdominal pain and depression. Help with proper and timely administration of prescription meds. We'd like a caregiver in the morning starting around 8 for a couple of hours and another around 4 for a couple hours. About the care needs: Phil is a social and engaging person. He did alot of traveling and likes to talk about different parts of the world. He is about 165 pounds and about 5'9" Care giver needs to be able to assist in lifting to get him to stand. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
