About who needs care: Needing help with some ADL's. Coming home from rehab and has some mobility limitations right now. PT/OT will be coming in 1-2x per week. She will need help prepping meals for breakfast and lunch. She has some memory care needs. About the care needs: Home health aid experience. Experience in moving patient from place to place Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
