Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Avon

In search of an experienced, reliable senior care provider 2 - 3 nights a week, from 10:00 p.m. to midnight. Need assistance for my 86-year-old mother who has advanced rheumatoid arthritis and has mobility issues. Primary needs: help getting her ready for bed, giving her snack and nighttime meds, sponge bathing once per week. My father is there but needs a break two or three nights a week. Would prefer someone who doesn't live too far from Avon since the job is later in the evening.
