Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Ashtabula

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother in her 90s. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
