About who needs care: Has Respiratory heart failure and is currently on hospice. Had been starting to forget a lot. Can only walk with a walker and hardly even that meaning she needs help. She cannot get up by herself. Too weak. Likes to talk about my grandpa who has passed. Wakes up about 10:30am, bathroom, then goes out to her chair. Breakfast and morning pills. Bathroom throughout day. Lunch around 3-4pm, and dinner around 6. She doesn't eat a whole lot. Drinks throughout the day to keep her hydrated. She normally goes to bed around 10-11. Bathroom night time pills and oxygen on at night. About the care needs: Someone that has patience is easy to get along with, has the strength to be able to help my grandma. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
