Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Akron

I have 2 gentlemen in my home, both 89yrs old, that I need help providing care to. duties will include bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, incontinent care, companionship and some light housekeeping. the 1st man would be some light lifting, stand by assist/verbal cuing for most things. the 2nd man is in the later stages of dementia and will require a lot more attention. his cognitive function is deteriorating quickly and because of that he's not able to assist with his cares anymore. I need a caregiver who has experience with dementia/Alzheimer and knows how to handle the things that happen with this disease. he does get agitated from lack of understanding what we are doing for him. I am needing around the clock help and do have some helpers already. hours are flexible but mostly needing evenings and night occasionally days.
