Looking to add another rockstar to our care team! Patient is a 79-year-old female stroke survivor who is fully communicative and has no cognitive issues. She has weakness on one side and needs assistance with all ADL's. Must be non-smoking and have own transportation. Looking to fill Monday's day shift (9a-9p).
