Valid PCA certification (if required by state regulations). Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or caregiving is a plus. Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility. Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
