Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In West Islip

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my grandmother in her 80s. Assistance with medication is needed (reminding her to take them). Please be willing to do light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing, she can not wash her own hair and wash her own body. There is a stair chair in the shower. She has difficulty wiping after going to the bathroom. She also has accidents sometimes which results in cleaning the bathroom after an accident. My Grandma has a torn rotator cuff in her right arm. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship as well. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. My Grandma is a fall risk, her balance is very off sometimes. We will provide a list oher medications and medical history.
