Dementia Caregiver 4 Days A Week!

We are in need of a caregiver for my Grandma. She has dementia. Caregiver would need to be comfortable with helping her in the bathroom and shower. She can walk around on her own but experiences dizzy spells so would need to be lent an arm when needed. Caregiver needs to be able to answer the same questions many times, engage in conversation, play Yahtzee, go on walks outside with her wheelchair, help give morning medicine, and follow diet guidelines when preparing breakfast/ lunch. We would like someone with a compassionate personality who can withstand my Grandma's arguing when you're helping her. She doesn't like needing help and doesn't understand that she needs it! We're looking for someone who has experience with dementia caregiving. We have 1 small dog who is 16 years old, would need to be let out maybe once or twice on the lead.
