Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider

I need senior care provider who can come in the evening and stay over while she is asleep. She needs 24 hour companionship as she is not capable of getting herself to the bathroom or exiting the house in an emergency. Most likely there will be little to do except get her to the bathroom when she wakes up.
