Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Wading River

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Wading River. She has Alzheimer's and needs constant supervision. She is also very hard of hearing and does not understand most of what is said around her. My father is retired and in the house, but we are seeking someone to help give him a break. He is a retired pastor who occasionally preaches on Sunday mornings. My mother enjoys going to church, so we are seeking someone who will go to church with her, especially when he is preaching. (You will need to drive your own car to the church. He will drive her in their car.) Light housework is involved around the house - tidying up and doing dishes as needed. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a non-smoker, comfortable with pets, CPR / first-aid trained, and has experience with Alzheimer's.
