Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Staten Island

About who needs care: My sister, who is 30 years old, is severely autistic and lives in an assisted living facility with my mother. With my mother getting older, it is becoming more difficult to provide necessary activities and hygiene support for my disabled sister. My sister, Jessica, is very quiet and is non verbal. However, she has a variety of interests (eg arts and crafts, shopping, music) and can be quite personable once you get to know her. Right now, we are seeking a part time caregiver to provide Jessica essential hygiene care and companionship. Ideally, Jessicas caregiver will ensure Jessica is stimulated with activities consisting of her hobbies and interests as well as showering and taking care of her cleanliness. We are seeking a female caregiver with patience and understanding to autistic individuals. At first, we are willing to start with a $25 per hour / 10 hour per week plan, consisting of Saturday, Sunday , Wednesday schedule during the afternoon and evening.
