Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In Staten Island

About who needs care: Dad is 91 years old. He has Congestive Heart and stage 4 kidney disease. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable with elder care, can assist with bathroom/showering duties as needed as Dad is incontinent. Meals are typically prepared for him by his primary caregiver but will have to be heated up for Dad. Dad is an Engineer so he loves to talk about that and likes watching his old movies although you may have to help him stream them. Most recently he had a problem going up/downstairs, so we refrain from letting him do this. Currently we have overnight care and coverage from 9a- 6p. However, if you have open availability that would be helpful. About the care needs: Have to be understanding and willing to talk/listen as Dad sometimes gets agitated. Should be able to keep Dad awake during daytime watching tv/playing cards. During the early evening hours ensure he eats/drinks/goes to restrooms. Should be able to physically assist him into shower, bed or his favorite chair. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
