About who needs care: MIL is recovering from lung surgery that was two weeks ago. She is not sleeping due to discomfort and needs supervision/assistance when awake and being mobile. About the care needs: Current caregivers (family) needs a respite to catch up on sleep. As this is (so far) a night position, the cg needs to be quiet, attentive and patient. Patient is an artist, gardener, and gourmet cook (and former RN).
