Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Spring Valley

About who needs care: She has never quite recovered from a broken ankle and has mobility issues. Needs a walker and can fall easily. She does not have an opportunity to do much, mostly read and watch TV. Could use a companion who would talk and maybe play games. About the care needs: Someone with a happy disposition who can speak english and is patient with an elderly person. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
