Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Smithtown

About who needs care: Vascular dementia. Still recognizes family members but has general memory issues. Can carry on conversation in the moment. Mobility issues getting out of bed and off couch, can use walker but very slow. Needs bathroom assistance and if possible, bathing (I do that now myself) Family member (my brother) lives in her house with her but during the day we need assistance. About the care needs: Very patient as directions need to be repeated, soft spoken and kind. Female preferred. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
