About who needs care: Ambulatory 72 y/o male, chess player Some intermittant short term memory loss Oral medications need preparing and observing Meal and snack prep Assist/encourage ADLs Transportation to any medical appointments Assist with laundry, food shopping other errands About the care needs: Individual is not happy about needing assistance. Would be great if care-giver can play chess, is engaging about current events, likes to go outside, enjoys walking. Individual is on fluid restriction so some monitoring/oversight for compliance is needed. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
