Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. She has dementia. Knowing how to respond to her when she's being stubborn is important. She has arthritis in her knees, so assistance standing is required. We are trying to keep mom at home.
