Hands-on Care Needed For My Loved One In Nesconset

I'm looking for hands-on care for my loved one in their 30s. Medication management is needed but not required. Some light tidying up is involved. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Seeking someone to handle meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. this would require TRANSFERS from bed to potty and then to wheelchair must be strong ( she is 100 pounds) SERIOUS inquiries only, this is our home.
