Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Schenectady

About who needs care: My father is healthy but showing signs of dementia. My Mom passed away a year ago, we are trying to do what we can to keep him in the house for as long as we can. He no longer drives, likes to tinker around the house, gets lonely when we aren't around. He enjoys having someone to talk too. About the care needs: Nothing additional I can think of. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
