About who needs care: Mild dementia, may forget what day it is. May speak of old family and friend members as if she has daily contact with them. Mild hypertension, takes medication for it. Medication reminder at 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Hand a glass of water to them and bring pill container. Supervise meal preparation and use of stove, help clean up after meal/load dishwasher. Watch tv and talk with her. Play provided games. Go for a walk on her quiet street if weather is pleasant. About the care needs: A talkative person or person who will not be frustrated if she talks a lot to them. This is a lonely senior citizen who moves slowly.
