Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Rochester

About who needs care: she has Multiple Sclerosis and cant walk. she has leg pain and needs to be cared for gently. she loves talking and getting to know here care takers. its for one hour a night just to get her to bed. around 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. she has a power wheelchair and a Hoyer for transfers to her hospital bed. she is very particular with what gets don't. I as the granddaughter would personally train the aid until they feel completely comfortable doing the job. pay is good. we use an agency so its though a pay check weekly. About the care needs: they need to be able to handle cleaning an older women. with pee. no brief's are used just flat chucks. they need to be able to talk to my grandma. she loves getting to know people. suppository's are done nightly. if the caregiver is not able to do that a family member in the house will be able to do that not a deal breaker. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
