About who needs care: Mom slipped and fell on ice while walking her dog. She suffered a fractured humerus, right under the shoulder of her dominate arm. Treatment at this time is to be in a shoulder immobilizer for approximately 12 weeks. We are looking for someone to help her get dressed in the am, undressed for bed in pm. Requires taking sling off/on. Assist with shower. Looking for Saturday and Sunday mornings 8 a.m. -9 a.m. totally independent prior to this incident. About the care needs: My mother is very friendly and talkative Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
