Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Rochester

We need hands-on care to take care of my mother in Rochester, NY. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping (which includes dusting, vacuuming, bed-making, and doing laundry on premises). Assists in personal hygiene (bathing and dressing). We're looking for someone who can do meal prep. Preferences a caregiver who is a non-smoker, knows CPR / first-aid trained, and has reliable transportation (to be able to make a 0730 start time).
