Seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Aide to assist with the care of my 88-year-old father, who is bedbound for 3-4 hours per session/per day (3X a week). Responsibilities include: Bathing and personal care Using a Hoyer lift for short-distance transfers within room (bed to chair) Preparing small meals Communicating effectively with someone with dementia Occasional overnight availability (1x every 2 months, max 2 nights) Requirements: NY state license required Must be insured for personal injury
