Hands-on Care Needed For 78yr Old Man In Clifton Park

**Schedule change** 2 shifts needed: 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. AND 5 to 9 pm, for my father in his late 70s, at least 4 days per week. Saturdays needed. Do not respond with a generic message or you will not get a reply. We need reliable help. Must be calm, patient and creative. Assistance with bathing and toileting needed. Duties include providing companionship to both patient and his caregiver/spouse, assisting with Parkinson's exercise videos and friendly social interaction. Love of soccer is a plus. Must be a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. Good communication skills with family and providers are a must. He is ambulatory, however, some support and education on safe transfers is essential due to this stage of Parkinson's and expectations over time. Familiarity with Lewy Body Dementia also helpful.
