About who needs care: I need help getting out of bed/wheel chair. I can walk once Im helped up. I need help with toileting, getting out of wheel chair getting out of bed and walking around house. About the care needs: Need to be able to help lift me out of chair/bed. Im 5 feet 11 inches and 303 lbs. Mainly help me up and about and toilet me. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
