About who needs care: My mother in law is having neck surgery in April. I am seeking support in having someone bring firewood inside for the wood stove, maybe fix lunch and do dishes. This would be temporary support, 6-8 weeks possibly, for up to 4 days/week, up to 2 hours a day. About the care needs: My mother in law is quieter; my father in law is incredibly talkative. Both are friendly, polite, and would enjoy having someone to visit with, especially while my mother in law is healing with her surgery. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
