Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider In Phoenix

I need a senior care provider with experience for my wheelchair-bound loved one. His morning care routine includes but is not limited to: Bathing, colostomy, catheter, dressing and transferring into his wheelchair. Evening care involves transferring into bed, undressing and some personal care, as well as making sure he has what he needs for the night. Occasional light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation. Must have own dependable transportation; be trustworthy and reliable; and being on time is a must; and communicates well with the client. The time slots are approximate and flexible somewhat. This would be great for someone with experience wanting to add an hour or two onto their workday. This could be 2 separate positions, a morning aide and a bedtime aide, one hour each.
