Seeking Part-time Senior Care Provider

About who needs care: My mother is 88 years old and has difficulty ambulating. She has a history of falls, which is why I moved her up here to live with my husband and I. We work full time and she needs some assistance with ADLs and ambulating with her rolling walker. She has arthritis in her hands, shoulders and back and has chronic pain from her condition. She is starting to show some cognitive decline, as well, and becomes rather anxious and skittish the closer it gets to sundown. We are looking to have someone come in for 4 hours, 3 times per week to assist her with ADL and ambulating as well as keep her company since she seems a bit depressed these days. About the care needs: Looking for someone friendly, patient, kind and supportive. Mom likes to listen to music, watch tv ( especially cooking shows and Home Shopping Network/QVC() and look at magazines. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
