About who needs care: Spinal stenosis quickly declining. Needs assistance with getting up in the morning. Can use a walker but likely not able to in the morning. He has to rest. My mother will likely do personal care until he gets more comfortable. Just need to get him up, get coffee, maybe make toast. Throw a load of laundry in and light food prep at most. About the care needs: Need someone with thick skin, not afraid to be a little direct and also on the stronger side. Patience is an asset.
