Seeking Senior Care Provider In Olean

I am in search of a senior care provider with dementia experience to help with my mother. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active with small exercises, Feeding, Toilet assistance. Would love to find someone that we can build a relationship with to possibly [hopefully] do continued, occasional respite care with. My mother is blind and struggles with Dementia/Alzheimer's. She is an itty bitty and very sweet lady, but is guarded with strangers.
