Home Health Aide For 84 Y/o Patient

I'm attempting to find care services for my grandmother, Judith, who is 84 years old and will be discharged from rehab. She is in need of assistance with personal care, particularly using the bathroom and meal support once she is able to eat again. Judith currently has a feeding tube, so experience with that is preferred. In addition to personal care, Judith will be receiving in-home occupational and physical therapy, so someone comfortable working alongside therapists would be ideal. The home has 3 pets (two friendly cats and a dog) who do not require any care besides opening the door occasionally for the dog to use the bathroom in the backyard. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please let me know if you are available and interested. This position will last approximately 1-2 months.
