About who needs care: I broke my legs 3 months ago. have been healing and PT in CA. Now returning home to Nyack. Still will do PT. Don't know what kind of help I will need. my apt has stairs I believe I can climb but maybe not with groceries. Other help probably at least for a little while. I am exploring what a need. About the care needs: friendly, good listener, likes music and poetry (I am a poet) and art. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
