Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Nyack

About who needs care: My Mom has MS and uses a walker/chair. She needs someone to come for a few hours a week to help her out with stuff (laundry, food prep) and take her out of her apartment to doctor appointments. She has a cleaning person who comes once a week but she could use some help tidying up a bit. This candidate must have a car and be able to drive her to appointments. Probably start with one day and eventually 2 or 3 days a week. She prefers someone to come for a couple of hours at a time, not a full day. About the care needs: She is very funny and likes to laugh. So someone who likes to laugh and talk. Someone with lots of patience. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
