24-hour Care Needed For My Mother In North Tonawanda

I need to set up 24-hour home care for my mother in her 80s. Responsibilities include: help with bathing and dressing, prompting to take medications on time, meal preparation (must be willing to sit down and eat with her), light housekeeping, laundry, companionship and social interaction, transportation to doctor's appointments, as needed. MUST have reliable transportation. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets, my mother has a cat.
