Live-in Home Care Needed For My Father In Newark Valley

We need live-in home care to take care of my father in Newark Valley. I have a 2 bedroom apartment in Newark Valley and I am looking to find someone to live there with my 73-year-old father, who suffers from Dementia. He needs help with everything - Changing diapers, dressing, feeding, bathing, etc. I'm looking for someone willing to discuss a set monthly salary for living with my Dad and taking care of him. I will take him to all of his doctor appointments, etc. I will be visiting him very often, to help out as well. He is pretty easy going, except when it comes to bathing and changing - He doesn't cooperate with that. He eats well and likes to walk around and play with fidget toys. Prefer non-smoker.
