Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In New York

I am looking for some additional help with my elderly mother who has dementia. My brother and I (he lives on the UWS, I am on the West Village) have been doing all her caregiving, but her mobility (she can walk, but often uses a walker) has declined and she is not functioning quite as well. We would love someone lively and chatty to come in several hours a week to help with bathing, bathroom trips, and to do some basic mobility exercises with her (short walks, etc) be another person she can chat with.
