Seeking Full-time Senior Care Provider In New York

About who needs care: Mom has cognitive issues and is now incontinent urine/bowel movements. Difficulties getting in and out of bed. Before she was sick 1 month ago she was ambulating short distances with her walker going to bathroom and kitchen She wears a pull up baseline. She could tell her needs, but needs to be prompted. She have become accustomed to laying in the bed so she becomes weak. Very very pleasant and will not ask for things if not prompted lately. Need motivation and encouragement to sit up and and to move. She was in the hospital/ rehab for 1. month came home lastlast Saturday and became weak as she stop moving again. My brother lives at home with her but helps as much as he can due to his own issues. We want to try home care to keep mom home as long as possible. Please help. About the care needs: Someone kind, patient, female, reliable, believes in God, She loves to read the Bible but cannot read the words like previous due to vision issues. She loves watching TV and could have a conversation about God and Bible if prompted. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
