A meal preparation assistant for my mom. Be skilled in cooking healthy meals for 4 dinners per week. Example schedule, spaced by a few days in between: Monday and Thursday but can be Tues and Friday instead. Cook 2 separate meals each time. Start time late afternoon or early evening. Example meals: Chicken Soup, Veggie Bean Soup, Lasagna, Pasta, Chicken, Grilled Shrimp, Sides like potatoes, salads, warm vegetables. You will plan for required ingredients with her in advance each week. Open to other ideas. Hoping for someone to prepare 2 dinners, twice per week, so 4 total dinners. The second meal prepared on a shift would be stored in the refrigerator for the next day. There may be additional assistant tasks, such as shopping for an ingredient she forgot to buy, cleaning the kitchen, cutting raw veggies or taking out the trash.
