About the job
About who needs care: He had a stroke a seven years ago, he is very self-sufficient he just needs help with small things like showering, getting his medications prepared, putting his shoes on, helping keep things tidy around the house and other small tasks. He has limited mobility due to paralysis on his right side and limited speech due to the stroke; he needs a little help with some daily tasks but in general does most things on his own. About the care needs: We have someone who helps us during the week but we will need help on the weekends when he comes back to NY in February as well as any days / times his caregiver during the week is unable to help out. Someone who is easy going, self-motivated, kind, good sense of humor and happy to help with anything he may need.
