He needs help getting to and from appointments as well as help cleaning his apartment and organizing his belongings. He needs help twice a week with one day a week primarily devoted to cleaning his apartment to prevent dust and bacterial build up for his lungs. Services needed include: 1x a week full apartment cleaning, transportation 2x a week to regular appointments, meal preparation, errands / shopping,
