About who needs care: I have recurrent intestinal and lower back pain and dysfunction. Some days I am able to make it to the store, but I cannot lift anything at all heavy. I would want someone to help just with heavy grocery shopping once a week. About the care needs: I would want a male or female, someone warm, an **excellent English-speaker,** and not too talkative as I fatigue easily. The person must be **physically strong,** able to lift things, perhaps also at times lift and move items in my home. Thank you!
